Hello! We are a family business that offers a fun, relaxed and creative environment for you and your loved ones to create memories, one paintbrush at a time! Learn more about us below and check out our blog post for more information on how this journey began! Looking forward to having you in soon to share the Imagination Pottery experience!
The Imagination Pottery Team
Megan is the oldest of the 4 siblings and married to her high school sweetheart, Michael. She has a degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and is a proud Billiken. She previously worked in Human Resources at SLU. But she soon discovered her entrepreneurial spirit (thanks to her mom and dad who also owned their own businesses) and is the head of our team! She enjoys reading (big Harry Potter fan), cooking, going on long walks, and everything holiday related. Her favorite technique at the studio is silk screens because they create such beautiful pieces, and are super easy (so no artistic experience required).
Michael married in to this crazy bunch. He is our creative genius and has been making us all laugh for a very long time! He has always enjoyed working with his hands to create amazing art. And his art can be found all around the studio; from the murals on the walls to the custom cabinets and shelves he built. He enjoys working with clay and in his freetime can often be found sketching a new design or watching a sci-fi movie. His favorite technique is washes because it’s very easy and shows the details of the piece. He loves doing custom requests too! Anything from clay, woodworking, painting, repairs, etc. Give us a call and we can see how he can help you!
Abby is the spirited one of our team! She’s quick with a joke and loves to have fun! She’s always making everyone smile with her enthusiasm. Prior to the studio, she was delighting customers and helping them look nice at Maurices at The Meadows. She recently got engaged to Chad and is planning an October 2019 wedding! In her free time she can be found wedding planning, creating amazing creations with her Cricut, and hanging out with her dog, Dee. Abby’s favorite technique is painting with bubbles because it is such a fun experience and looks amazing!
